Happy Sunday! Waking up on this Sunday starts my routine with watching your vlog + getting ready for the day. I’m going to do a sculpt + flow workout then going to a local coffee shop for my favorite ginger maple matcha. My Grammy isn’t doing well so I’ll see her at the hospital again. This is the third time she’s been in the hospital. They found a tumor the size of a football. Please send me good thoughts and positive vibes. I haven’t been doing well with my mental health 💕💕
