You bent the chrome (or aluminum) strip on the front of the machine when you rotated it (7:51). I do wonder if that part has some sort of function>>> Anyway, thank you for the video, I am buying one asap.

Hi Troy, thanks for watching! The metal strip on the front of the machine is the "Splash Guard" that helps keep the rotating brushes from splashing the dirty water back out the front of the machine. Let us know how you like your Floorwash, thank you for your business!

If you store it upright, wont that cause flat spots on the brushes?
@tonymoore91283 жыл бұрын
I just got mine today. When the handle is upright little stands come out from the middle and their are small wheels in the back. If you watch the video again you can see when he drops the handle the machine drops and when he raises the handle the machine raises up too. I was concerned as well but all is good.

Thank you for raising the concern about storing the Floorwash Multi-Surface Floor Scrubber upright and its potential impact on the brushes. We appreciate your attention to detail and want to provide you with accurate information. The Floorwash Multi-Surface Floor Scrubber is designed to be stored in an upright position without causing any damage or flat spots on the brushes. The brushes are made from durable materials that are resilient to the pressure of being stored vertically. The design and construction of the machine take into account the proper distribution of weight to prevent any adverse effects on the brushes. However, if you have any specific concerns or prefer to store the machine in a different orientation, we recommend referring to the user manual for manufacturer guidelines. Following the recommended storage instructions will help ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the brushes and the overall machine. We appreciate your attention to proper care and maintenance, and we strive to provide reliable products that meet your expectations. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Hi to clean carpet my manager tell to take off the back brush off. It that true??

If you are experiencing issues with the brush snagging on carpets, it is recommended to remove the rear brush to allow the front brush to move smoothly across the carpet.

Can you run it with out the recovery tank?
@NamcoMfgInc4 жыл бұрын
Yes! This is an excellent technique to use for extra scrubbing power on low-profile carpet. Once you have agitated the area, make sure to place the recovery tank back inside the machine to pick all the dirt.

My Namco floor wash 1000 i just got yesterday and has already shut off twice on me and wouldn't start back up while cleaning regular tile in an air conditioned house. Does this machine overheat easily ? Or is my machine faulty ? I was very excited for this thing and now not happy. Small house less than 2000 sq ft

They raised the price on this thing by like 400-500 dollars in the past year or so. Why would I pay almost 2k for this when I could get a powr flite for the same price which is inherently better? They got greedy and now I'm gonna go with the competitor.

@@NamcoMfgInc this thing was a little over $1300 when I was looking at it in 2021. $1315 to be exact if I remember correctly.

Back down to $1349 as of today. I knew I wasn't full of shit. Whoever told me that they never went up in price is the one who is though.

You can thank the Biden / Federal Reserve for the hyper-inflation of the last few years for the price jump in pretty much everything. I also have the Powr-Flite multiwash, which works well in wide upon spaces, but that machine is hard to get under chairs & cabinet overhangs. It's also fairly heavy at 62lbs when needing to carry up stairs. It does have the option of using a small cart to make rolling around easier, but it's real sturdy. The other downside of the Powr-flite multi-wash is that it can't get close to walls, leaving a good 2 inches along baseboards that needs to be cleaned with manual scrub brushes. I just got the Namco 5000 today and tried it out on my bathroom tile. It works well and got under the cabinet overhangs and against the walls much better.... and of course, cleaned the tile and grout perfectly even with just the Zep neutral pH cleaner. For us who clean for a living, but don't use truckmount or portable extractors, it should help me make $50,000 plus a year.... so while it costs $2K, you can make substantially more. All commercial cleaning equipment is expensive, just the way it is.
