Have you tried 1P's side yet? If not I recommend it so you can find the difference with the difficulty and paths with where the enemy is. Hint: With the multi screen battle, if you are in the attack position when the enemy attacks you will take a full barricade hit instead of minor damage if you hide. Example: 1 life from your stock ratios to 2 barricade points. If you have grenades, this is a good time to use them if you're in a tight situation. Remember, these explosive items can save you from a easy Game Over on your last life. Like in a shmup, bombs can destroy all enemies, bullets and deal damage on enemies, and gives you a short frame of invincibility. 10:05 When Rush says "Just hold down the trigger and keep firing!", just because he says it that doesn't give the player to be crazy with the unlimited ammo as you are fully vulnerable to the attacks. You can still get hit. Its a rookie's mistake. I have experienced that part when I first played it. If you need some tips feel free to message me or keep practicing or watching the super replays.

I guess player one, would be a slightly different playthrough?!

Yeah, its slightly the same but in 1-2 you get the mounted machine gun and in 3-1 you use the automatic cannon. Mostly I choose 1P's side since I'm most comfortable with it... However, keep it up! And of course have fun! If you manage to beat your personal record, its something to celebrate! After all, you can't 1CC an arcade game in one day, it can either take 1 months or more!

Gamezinvaders E.g. With 1-2, P1's side uses the mounted machine gun which has lower DPS but helps build up the combo gauge, allowing you to score more points, (see the red, teal rise screen at the score), 3-1, uses the cannon making it hard to fire Lots of shots but has massive damage output.

I found this at a Cineplex Theatre in Saskatoon, SK. Can't wait to do a one credit one run-through of this game. Amazing gameplay.

It is interesting that in the arcade version, the Stage 2 boss in the cutscene was smoking a cigar. On the PS3 version, he does not do that.
