It all started three years ago when Work from home started . We created webseries called acchakannada conference call based on work from home which was massive hit .Here is the compilation of all episodes .
Unity in diversity at its best can be seen in India. Karnataka is one of the best example. Every district language and culture are different from another. It is so different that it feels like a completely different state altogether. Now imagine Uttara Karnataka manager with Udupi Mangalore and Mandya subordinate in a typical IT industry.
During these hard times, the only sector which didn't shutdown was IT industry, in fact it’s the only sector which made lots of revenue, but this year became a very good excuse to not to give a raise or a bonus. No one can question too, but the only doubt is, how come the company is in loss though they are making us work more than usual since it's work from home.
