@@martaleja9279 well yes but they do still sorta switch so you can say that Gon is becoming more monstrous while Meruem is becoming more human, but as this arc shows that the human race can be even more monstrous than the ants, but that doesn't make them any less human.

@@Dell-ol6hbI don't like the way they make humanity "monsters" in this arc. There's no nuance, no subtility. It's very in your face and just says "look how much humans are jerks!"

@@Seth_blessingSozo It's not that humanity is the monster, the "monster" in this arc is the malice of humanity, unlike most other species, humans are the one most capable and best at acting out horrible things out of spite and hatred, as shown with gon, he was willing to end his own life just to kill the one he hated, and that sentiment exist within a lot of people, that's why the poor man's rose/real life nuke even exists in the first place, nuclear warfare could mean the end of humanity as we know it, but "WE" must have it or "THEY" would win. While on the other side, there are characters who display good parts of humanity, the main ones in this arc are the ones who you would have expected to have the least bit of humanity, zeno and killua, they are assassins, yet killua was there to stop gon from acting rashly due to hatred and rage, got tossed aside but still cared for gon, and in the next arc, this is displayed even more so. Zeno is dutiful but fair, he would never attack people who he is not contracted to kill, that's why he was upset when komugi was injured by his dragon dive. The ants that sided with the main characters as well as the main cost displayed that humanity is not an aspect that is exclusive to one race, as long as we can come to an understanding we can co-exist and even help each other despite looking different or having different origins. Humanity has many aspects to it, this arc was showing both the good and bad, of course the bad part stuck out more since it was the focus during the climax of the arc, but that does not disregard everything else shown in the characters who represented and showcased the good in humanity.

Chimera ant arc is peak shonen. This episode's ending in particular is my favourite in the series.

The most clever part of this episode is The King thinking that brute power was the ulimate force in the world, just to be subdued by the greatest force of humanity. The ability to love. Damn, Twilight got nothing on this love story.

Hello. Im asking again if you will put YaboyRocklee back in the reaction mashups? You had him in almost all of the HxH videos up to this point, i dont see the point of replacing him now. I think he adds a lot of energy to the reaction. Thank you for your hard work!
