When I first finished this game. I felt so complete. I was so immersed in the story. Also, hearing Khemu saying “Papo? Jump.” Really brought a tear to my eye. Bayek was out of revenge the whole story. Once he finished his mission. It’s like Khemu is telling him to keep going now. Help other people. Such a good game. My favorite out of all the new AC games.

For some unknown reason I cried at the ending, maybe because the birth of the creed is something that I’ve always wanted to see since I was a kid. Epic and touching are probably the words that I’d describe for this beautiful scene.

Devastating, bittersweet ending. Poor Bayek and Aya. Their child, marriage, lifestyles and love for each other had to die for the Brotherhood, the Assassins' Creed to be born. A tragic tale indeed.

Not gonna lie..enjoyed the sidequests, challenge of the gods, the war elephants, and the Cyrene gladiator arenas but- *sigh* the ending kinda tore at me. Guess the first Assasins Creed will always be the better one for me. Was planning an experimental walkthrough for Odyssey but Midterms in two days, need sleep.

it did kinda annoy me that we fought the final boss and khemu's killer as aya, i liked her character but just as we had been playing as bayek and avenging him the whole time. I had more of a connection with Bayek and wanted him to achieve is goal and also he was the one who founded the creed. I felt like the ending should have focused on him a little bit more, especially as he was the one who did practically everything throughout the story. Yes aya helped but without bayek nothing would have happened. Also her big speech at the end doesn't entirely make sense and for me at least doesn't hype me that much as whenever we played as her it wasn't very enjoyable as id got all my gear and was comfortable with bayek and all the ship combat was a bit dull. Before anyone says its not cuz she is a woman either ive seen sm comments like that. I just bayek had sm more development and i had a connection to him and genuinely liked him and felt a bit blue balled at the end and a bit like she got undeserved focus. Still adored the game tho. Also why tf did this get so long.

@@sabrenight Apparently none of you understood why. Bayek stay at Egypt in order to establish the hidden ones bureau. Aya did the same but she went Rome because she still has ties to politics with Ceaser and Cleopatra. Thing is, Aya is very similar to Connor in terms of losing someone they love and rather keep ther emotions in check. Like this cool if you want to but I don't want bad spams

3:32 I personally did not like Arya breaking the 4th wall with her announcement of her new identity. I understand why she did it. Arya always had a streak of wanting a higher position in life and a legacy. Bayek was content to live his life and serve the people. Its for this reason i think Bayek would have made a better mentor for the hidden ones.

Honestly even though I just beat the game I have no idea what even happened in this game. The story doesn't flow nearly as well as the previous games because most of the game you're just grinding and doing inoculus side quests. This ending was so anticlimactic. I don't see what makes people say this is one of the best in the series. Out of all the Assassin's Creed games I've played all of them sans Liberation and maybe Rouge were far better to me. I don't like sequels to franchises that remove all of the core elements. Black Flag was more of a pirate game than an Assassin's Creed game which did bother me but it still at least kept Assassin's Creed elements,didn't have grinding and had a story I liked with characters I liked. I have no interest in Odyssey and especially not Valhalla.

I don't have kids and I don't want kids and I wish I could've felt more emotion for his character but I simply couldn't relate.
