I only knew about the Hadith وعن معاذ رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أخذ بيده وقال‏:‏ ‏”‏يا معاذ والله إني لأحبك‏”‏ فقال‏:‏ “‏أوصيك يا معاذ لا تدعن في دبر كل صلاة تقول‏:‏ اللهم أعني على ذكرك، وشكرك، وحسن عبادتك‏“ [ رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح] So there are two versions?

Ya Allah Pak, aapko sabki fikr hai hamesha, ek choti se cheenti se leke insaan tuk, bezuban se leke bolne wala tuk, anjaan se leke akalmand tuk, gareeb se leke ameer tuk, galat se leke sahi tuk - aap sabki panah ho, aap sabke rehnuma ho. Ya Allah, hum sabki galtiyan maaf karein aur hum sabko sahi raasta dikhayein. Jane anjane mein koi galati hui ho humse ya kisi ka dil dukhaya ho toh hame maaf karein. Sabki mushkilen asaan karein. Sabke dukh dard khatam karein. Sabko sehat tandrusti dein, sabke ghar khair o barkat ho, sabke maa baap salamat rahein, sabke rizq mein ijafa ho, sab mia-biwi mein apas mein pyaar izzat aur bharosa rahe, sabhi bachon ko achi talim hasil ho, sabka apna ghar aangan ho, har koi apni family ke saath Haj pr jaye, jo raah bhatak gaye woh sahi raah pe laut aayein, aur sab aapko hamesha aapki blessings ke liye thank you karein. Hamare maangne mein kami hai, magar Inshahallah, Allah Pak ji aapke dene mein koi kami nahi hai. Ameen Thank you thank you thank you JazakAllah Khairn 🤲🏻

Thauban (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Whenever the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) finished his Salat (prayer), he would beg forgiveness three times [by saying, 'Astaghfirullah' (3 times)] and then he would say : "Allahumma Antas-Salamu, wa minkas-Salamu, tabarakta ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram. (O Allah! You are the Bestower of security and security comes from You; Blessed are You. O Possessor of glory and honour)." Imam Al-Auza'i (one of the subnarrators) of this Hadith was asked: "How forgiveness should be sought?" He replied: "I say: Astaghfirullah, Astaghfirullah (I seek forgiveness from Allah. I seek forgiveness from Allah)." Riyad as-Salihin 1876

The mirror in the gym is actually for you to use to gauge the proper form when squatting / using dumbbells / lunges etc to prevent injury!... But people do misuse the mirror for admiring themselves!

Brother knowledge was just amazing May Allah swt increase him in knowledge...their is Hadith brother narrated just recheck that it was mix up with another hadith Sunan Abi Dawud 1522 Mu'adh b. Jabal reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) caught his hand and said: By Allah, I love you, Mu'adh. I give some instruction to you. Never leave to recite this supplication after every (prescribed) prayer: "O Allah, help me in remembering You, in giving You thanks, and worshipping You well." Mu'adh willed this supplication to the narrator al-Sunabihi and al-Sunabihi to 'Abu Abd al-Rahman.
