I'm a novice in linux and docker altogether. This helped me understand that both (NameSpace/Cgroups) is native to Linux and docker is sperate altogether. Obliviously more learning required on my part..

so processes in a cgroup can access global system resources if it's not used in conjunction with and delegated to certain namespaces?
