Stan Clawson is a utah filmmaker with nearly 20 years of production experience. He owns his own freelance production company and is currently working on a documentary series. He is also an adjunct film instructor at Salt Lake Community College, with over 14 years of teaching experience.
In addition to filmmaking, Stan is also heavily involved in the disability community as a speaker and consultant. He has served on the board of the Christopher Reeve Foundation, and currently serves on the executive board for the University of Utah’s TRAILS program. Stan also works heavily with the local Utah art scene. From 2015 to 2017, he served on the board of Utah’s local Burning Man event, Element 11, as both the marketing lead and the Chairman. Stan’s other interests include hand-cycling, scuba diving, and creating art in the form of painting and illustration.
