I love Damaraland! It was one of the highlights of Namibia when I went. I've never seen anything so scenic! Great video - thank you for sharing

WOW how romantic you guys look. How great you look together. Isn't it so rewarding living a great life together and living your dreams? I know.... Life is way too short and I can't understand how horrible people can make life for themselves and others. In the scope of time, we are only here in less than a blink of an eye so make the most of it. Tom that is a beautifully assembled video of your trip. We did Koakoland last year, but have not yet done Damaraland so this may just get us there. Namibia is the best place for overland travel!

Hello Hughes. Thanks for your compliment. Yes, Damaraland is a great place to explore too. Enjoy that great part. If you need more tips, let me know.

Hi Tom . Great job ! may I ask you where is the place t 7:48 please ? how is the Doros Crater Road ? thanks
@320highflyer7 жыл бұрын
Hello Vincent. the location at 07:48 is the campground at Rooiklip guestfarm at Gamsberg. Very beautiful location. The Doros Crater trail is absolutey stunning. At the beginning (out of the Ugab Riverbed) a little challenging. I would suggest a GPS with T4Africa map, a lot of turn offs into dead-end and small intersections on the trail. Enjoy this absolute highlight track.

Hi Tom, did you guys have a sat phone on your journeys. Are they worth it. I will be travelling April May and the only reason to use it would be for bookings at some camps. I have read that many people say they are a waste of time due to the service being at best OK. Additionally are two way radios worth it. I will be going Solo along the 4 4 tracks, any advice would be well appreciated.

Wasn’t that Mowani Mountain Camp ? Too many fast forwards - made me car sick.

Hi, nice video. Did you use the Timelapse-Video Mode or only timelapse or just an video and play it faster?
@320highflyer8 жыл бұрын
+Johannes Reif Hello Johannes. In FCPX we imported all Gopro timelapse pictures to create a video, which then was adjusted with variable speeds (blade speed and jump cut at markers).
