It can make them question how they come across and the cause of that could be that they become less open and genuine to their fans. Even if something of this was true, it's disrespectful to talk about their private lives online. We don't know them personally, we are not in a position to assume or say things like this based on entertainement video's. Every culture is different and so are the interactions between the citizens of the same culture.. They do so much for their fans, showing tons of efforts, beeing so damn professional, kind, loving, funny.. If this is the kind of gratitude they receive in return, it's not ok!
