He is the best human being I have seen, he is so selfless putting others up front like an alpha wolf but also has a heart of lion that can lead others with equality,his wisdom is amazing, though he might not know simple things at times that's wt makes him human, such a good friend, brother and just a gentleman in this wicked society, even with all the unnecessary hate, he constantly tries to improve himself and helps all the members,all he wants is to see them happy, I love them all because they complete and compliment eachother in a perfect way with both love and respect

There is a reason that he is consistently listed as the Best Leader in K-pop. Others can try to say that their fave's leader is better but it is and always will be RM as the best. Period.

Several things always blew my mind about RM. 1. His wisdom beyond his years. When i found out jin and suga were older than him and he took on that role as leader i was very impressed. Its a huge burden. 2. The members literally have said repeatedly how they wished to lighten his load. Especially with speaking english. They have gotten better . The members have deep respect and are blown away by how much more work he does. 3. His vulnerability. Hes not afraid to show weakness in things such as not knowing how to do simple things. Its an endearing trait. Most leaders wont show weakness but joon isnt afraid to show hes just like us. 4. When they compliment him. Especially about talking on their behalf, he gets very emotional-i think his humbleness and not powertripping as leader is what stands out. Its mentally exhausting being RM - he does his job well as leader and one beautiful thing bts has said " on camera he takes care of us, behind the camera we take care of him" very sweet😊❤🐨

RM is a natural leader you can definitely tell, he has that in him he brings out the best in himself and guides the others to do the same there is so much to him than what you see on the surface he's beautiful inside and out he's intelligent I'm so glad he as the leader is open and honest as are the other members you truly get to see how genuine they are as artist and men. I remember hearing him tell how he would not tell the guys what haters said when they asked because he didn't want them to be hurt. That is a part of love. Love covers all. Some things are not needed to be said to keep from damaging ones spirit.

He’s such a great leader, but he’s also fortunate that he has six members who allow and trust him to lead them. Not everyone can be open to direction like that. They’re all such a wonderful team!

The love RM has for his 6 other members, it is hard being a leader and he does it so well. Humble, selfless, I love his sexy brain like Jin said once, he guides them, he has witty answers, esp when the others did not know much English, love the abc thing and Kookie saying K stands for Kookie not Korea, he lets the maknae get away with stuff, yet JK always praises him, as they all do. Namjoon you are soo special, it hurted me when you sang in Reflection, that you hate yourself, and 'I wish I could love myself' I hope that that has turned around now, Brazil ARMY shouted we love you RM so hard, you changed halfway through that lyric bit. Still, you are hard on yourself, as you think so deep.
