There is Summer NAMM in Nashville. Also, a huge chunk of the music industry is localized around LA so it makes the most economic sense for it to be there. ALSO also, NAMM is a collection of a bunch of huge companies (Fender, Roland etc) and a bunch of super small, independent companies. It would be really hard for those all of them to go on a national tour and make it profitable.
