Hello Everyone, Welcome to My channel 'Namma Adige' simple and easy recipes in kannada, In today's recipe I'm sharing Instant Benne dose Sambar and Gatti Kayi Chutney recipe in kannada,
Ingredients for Dosa
1. Rava 1 glass/250gms
2. Poha /Avalakki half glass
3. Curd halg glass
4.Salt
5. Rice flour 3/4th glass
6. Maida 2 to 3 Tbsp
7. Sugar 1 Tsp
Ingredients for Sambar
1. Tur DAl 100gms
2. 1 and half ltrs of Water
3. Onion/ 1 Large
4. Tomato / 1 Large
5. Drumstick or any other vEgetable of your choice
6. Tamarind Extract
7.Salt
8.Jaggery
MAsala Paste ingredients
1,Grated coconut/half coconut is used
2. MTR Sambar Powder 1 Tbsp
3. Byadgi Red chilli powder 2 Tbsp
4. Little Water
Tempering
1. Oil 1 to 2 Tbsp
2. Mustard 1 Tsp
3. Hing
4. Red chillies Dried
5. Curry leaves
Ingredients of Gatti Kayi Chutney
1. Fresh Coconut/Chopped or grated
2. Roasted gram small cup
3.Green chillies
4. Garlic pods
5. Tamarind
6.Curry leaves
7. Salt
8. Fresh Corriander leaves

Confused, please let me know rice flour is 3/4 cup given in the description, but added 1/4 cup , ...but good for quick & easy...
