NS-20/A CONCRETE BLOCK PRODUCTION LINE

NS-20/A is an entry-level concrete block production line designed for the manufacturing of all kinds of concrete products, such as paving stones, solid and hollow wall blocks, curbstones, gutters, retaining wall blocks, filler blocks, hardscape elements, tactile slabs, etc. from 60 to 200 mm in height. The standard line includes NS-20 automatic concrete block machine and pallet transport and handling system.
NS-20/A works in semiautomatic mode, which means that cured products are transferred from production pallets to transport pallets by hand or with the help of cubing clamp (not included in standard supply set). Pallets with green products are transported to the curing area by forklift. After curing is complete the same forklift transports pallets to the dry side where the products are prepared for shipping. Empty production pallets are cleaned and returned to the moulding area. The production process is controlled by 1 operator via control panel equipped with a monochrome screen and a mimic panel. Automation system’s software has user-friendly interface and is translated into customer’s preferred language.
