This song is appealing to the South Sudan state government to address the insecurity caused by the Pastoralists who comes from other states and counties to destabilize farming communities of Central Equatoria which may later cause conflicts.
The men who goes against the presidential and governmental orders are not more equal than others but it is just that the farmers of Central Equatoria are law abiders.
