I think there should be hard copy and soft copies working hand in hand. One back ups the other. I am tech guy and I know there is no 100% working system. When digital systems break down and you don’t have hard copy back ups, it’s serious. So in a general election, we can’t risk everything to one system. We should merge and work with hard copy and soft copy
