hey guys! I faham everyone has their own personal opinions. But we've apologised to the salesperson when it happened :) I've learned from my mistake and i understood why he got mad when we letak the clothes on the floor. Also, I understood nana's frustration when he acted rude to me at the cashier as well eventhough we've apologised to him. we were both in the wrong but benda dah jadi, we've moved on and learned from this :) thank u for pointing out our mistake. The comments are siding with aisyah but they’re both are in the wrong here. From the employee’s pov obviously if i were him i would also be annoyed if someone just piled up clothes in one place and didn’t put it back, it’s tiring since a lot of customers do that. But it’s also wrong for him to over react, he should know the basic customer services and how to treat customers since they both have apologised, and i would be annoyed to if my receipt was thrown like that, because customers are the one paying their daily wage.

Just promise yourself that you guys won't do your 'normal way' of picking clothes ever again. If you guys wanna pick the clothes, please do so while standing. Letak the clothes on the rack or sum, and pick it there. Jangan sekali pun letak kat lantai. They only mop the floor once a week, (idk kalau pandemic hari-hari kot tapi dulu masa I kerja, sekali seminggu je mop, dahlah kedai besar) kalau baju tu kotor kira reject tau and most likely workers akan kena marah. I also hate the part where aisyah just laugh it off, like tf? Why? Mana tak orang lagi marah. Your audience ramai yang budak-budak, so hopefully you guys will teach them how to be good person. Not saying that the guy was right, you both wrong May we learn from our mistakes.

FYI, laughing IS a sign of discomfort. It's a coping mechanism. Some people aren't confrontational so when they face an uncomfortable situation their body naturally tries to brush it off with a laugh. It's a real thing.

I don't always believe in the saying of "customers are always right" due to people like you. At least have some decency to put the clothes back on the rack or pass it to one of the workers. Have some etiquette and be better.

Both are in the wrong. I understand the frustration for that guy because i also worked at retail before and it's tiring seeing customer just put the clothes everywhere. And for them they put it on the floor , it's dirty and they have to understand that other customers will buy those clothes too. As for the guy, even if u are mad , u still need to be professional during work.

Hii guys :) I completely understand your thoughts and opinions about the situation with the salesperson. I've said this in the video and i'll say it again now that i'm truly sorry for putting the clothes on the floor. I'll admit it was my mistake for not putting it back and i've apologised to the salesperson. Also, I used to work in watsons as a salesperson, i used to work in a restaurant as a waitress too. I've also dealt with so many kinds of customers. So I understand how tiring it is to be working in the retail industry. When the guy approached me because of the clothes, I said sorry and admitted my mistake. Ive learned my lesson and I wont do such thing ever again. But, i got really mad because of the rude attitude of the salesperson towards us. I agree that we were both wrong in the situation and hopefully no one will have to go thru this again. As an ex-retail worker, i can understand why the staff was too mad. Logically, u shouldnt put clothes on the floor AND just leave it there. But nana said sorry to the staff already so he shouldnt be rude waktu korang bayar kan. Kerja retail very stressful tau, kitorang jumpa customer mcm2 perangai, and maybe ramai customer tinggalkan baju mcm tu, tu yang dia jadi marah to the point be rude(which he shouldnt do too). I'm not defending the staff okay, what he did mmg tak patut and very rude, i just want to let u understand why he behave to that extent.

First, good job for nana for admitting her own mistake. As another customer point of view, I would be very pissed if I know the clothes that I wanted to buy were on the floor before. It's very unhygienic to do so. You have a lot of young followers aisyah, treating this situation as something funny is quite concerning. Not everyone has a nana to back them up in any situation. I know hidup kena chill but please berpada-pada juga. And for anyone out there, it's not worth it to hold grudges on others especially after they have apologised. Take this as a lesson for everyone, respect one another. Treat people like how you wanted people to treat you.

hey! just a little advice. i used to work in retail. and i understand his frustation. please do not ever put the clothes on the floor. the floor is not clean even though they do housekeeping every single day. so can you imagine if the clothes gets dirty and they can’t sell? the company lose money too you know. and with the current covid situation too. hygiene

Sebab tu pentingnya training for customer service. How to serve customer, how to approach customer. I’ve been almost 10yrs in retail line. We understood how tiring the staff bila jumpa macam2 jenis customer. U penat macam mana pun, marah macam mana pun tak boleh tunjuk depan customer. Dua dua salah sebenarnye i pernah keje retails memang penat layan ragam manusia yg kdg2 tak ada common sense sebab fikir tu "kerja" dia. So anything nanti dorang yg kemas balik, memanglah tu kerja salesperson tapi atleast kdg2 as cust common senselah sikit. Atm yg staff tu pun even you overload kerja or dah penat atleast coverlah attitude, kerja apa apa pun memang penat,tapi tulah kan nak taknak kene hadap. I think what happened was he got offended that Aisyah laughed it off and did not take him seriously when he told off about the clothes on the floor. I'd be hurt too if someone gelak2 je when I tell you not to put clothes on the floor because 1. the clothes get dirty and 2. I'd be the one who have to return them to the racks (it's my job, yes, but it shows courtesy when customers do return whatever they take back to its place - they don't have to, but it's nice if they do). Sama macam when some people buang sampah merata-rata pastu cakap, oh nanti tukang sapu boleh kutip dan sapukan. :'( For me, I see it as this customer look down on me and did not even take into account what I just said just because I am 'just' a staff member. Be kind. They're just doing their job. Having said that, he shouldn't have baling resit tu even though he was angry. It's wrong and unprofessional. He should have apologized and I hope he did. He shouldn't have let emotions get in the way. It's not worth getting reported or risking losing your job over things like this.

The sales person honestly shouldn't acted that way. His first step where he confronted nana and aisyah for putting the clothes on the floor was actually good so that they won't be doing the same thing at other stores but when he started giving attitude such as throwing the receipts and hentak hentak barang , that was unprofessional and that is not how u treated your customers. And based on the video it seems like Aisyah and Nana didn't aware why he was mad in the first place and just thought that salesperson tu marah sebab diorang amik baju banyak banyak lepastu reject some and letak je kat tepi.He was mad not because diorang letak baju yang diorang taknak kat tepi but the fact that they put all the clothes on the floor including baju yang diorang taknak beli. I hope both of you learn from this mistakes as it was quite disappointing to see yall not having the common sense by just putting the clothes on the floor. You guys might think that it's not a big deal pon letak baju baju tu kat lantai sebab if beli baju baru we have to basuh dulu before pakai but still what you guys did was totally wrong.

Not a good feeling isn’t it kena campak receipt. Thats must be how the employee felt. “Mcm biasa la kan”, “beli more clothes than the ones on the floor”, and not taking the situation seriously (giggling) sounded very condescending to me. honestly both is at fault. but kudos to nana for apologizing. perhaps, next time, try to put everything back to the shelves. even if you dont put them the same way as the employees do, at least they dont really have to do extra work. apologizing is a good step, but helping him pick up the clothes and putting them back to where they belong is a better way to show your guilt. other than that, i know both of you are kind souls :)

I had experiences with customers before the one that ask for sizes, had me check for them but ended up not buying or they said our clothes dr bundle sedangkan dari outlet cawangan lain ya.. ONE rule you have to follow is that don't fight with customers x kira la siapa salah. Your work ethic says a lot about you.

H&M should take full responsibility for hiring someone who is very unprofessional and do an investigation and take action. God knows how many other customers have been treated this way.

Gwad knows how many shop they've been in practicing their "normal" behaviour. Who knows as well, how many individuals they be influencing with tat behaviour. Yes, the manager was in a wrong, but it goes 2 ways.

i think i agree wt what nana does to confronted that rude staff,, but still right after she said sorry she has to put the cloth back ,, bcs i think maybe tht staff also already confronted with another customer tht does not said soryy and just left them to put the stuff back. so why not nana to just put the cloth back as a human being felt responsible n guilty customer. BUT it doesnt meant that i blame nana overall. THE RUDE STAFF also have the their role to said to nana tht she has to put it back. n nana will know it back then . thenn its happy endingg :)))))) btw i loveeee the way nana protect aisyah and tried to menegakkan benang yang basah to that rudeee staff. they cant do that to their customer!!!!!! Always remember tht cuntomers is a king & always rightt

I suka cara nana baling balik risit kat salesperson tu. Yeah memang Nana and Aisyah buat salah sbb letak baju kat lantak but we already know that they already apologize here. So salesperson memang x patut pun baling risit kat customer. Kalau I jadi Nana memang I baling balik risit kat salesperson tu. I pernah kerja h&m , tak pernah nak marah kalau cstmr letak barang tu tempat lain atau apa ke , dia tak nak ke , dia buat sepah kat baju dah lipat ke , tak pernah pulak i tegur , i fikir satu je tu memang kerja i , di bnyar gaji dengan kerja tugas kita kemas blik susun balik , if nak tegur pun ada caranya . Tak perlu kot nak campak2 resit . Tu dah kira tak ada adab . Kalau la aisyah dgn nana ni buat report kat Hq yg slah tetap staff sebab tak adab kelakuan staff salah .

Girl, bottom line is, she apologised. Dalam dunia sales ni, she is the customer, tak sepatut di layan sebegitu. She was not being rude to anyone, dia just mmg salah dekat bahagian baju tu and dia sedar about it. So settle lah dekat situ. Sales assistant tu Smpai nak terbawa bawa emosi kenapa? And pls educate urself more, the word saka* tu is very racist ye.

im not siding on anyone because both side were wrong. to the employee, you cannot do that to your customer, nana already said sorry. i know you're tired because there's a lot of customer yang ambik barang lepas tu tak letak balik kat tempat asal. we learnt from the mistake, i hope the employee did not hold any grudges.

Lol, staffs can’t directly scold you or do anything to you so that’s the best they can do to show their frustration. Plus your sorry is just a word, doesn’t fix anything, you didn’t even offer to put the things back. Imagine working in a hotel, we can’t even show our anger even in that way. We usually go to the back and cry or scream for not being able to stand up For ourselves against people like you the whole day at work, imagine the whole week. Haha spoilt rich people problems I guess, they’re always right 🤣. Just be more conscious and kind la please.

In this case , both side are wrong . Firstly, as other people said , it is inappropriate to put all of those clothes just on the floor because the clothes might get dirty. and then they accept that was their fault and say sorry to the employee because what just they did. but then why the employee need to be rude back to them even they already said sorry for what just happened?! I would accept that if they do not say any sorry or else......but now even nana already admit their fault and say sorry , the employee still being rude to them. do not just release ur frustration as a retail store worker to the customer by throwing the receipt just like. n also the employee just purposely just go the cashier just to revenge for what they did towards him? the employee need to be professional as a worker at the retail store. both nana and aisyah also need to take actions after the employee said that and do not just leave the clothes at there even both of you already said sorry.

as a person who works in retail/ customer service line. You CANNOT do that to customer no matter how tired or busy your day was. your customer is your pay check. Basically kerja dalam retail line is super tiring gotta admit that. You have to do everything from A-Z. Fitting room and floor has to be cleaned, clothes has to be hang, folded, ironed and censored, BUT customer is your main main priority. The needs of your customer is your TOP priority. Regardless anything! You CANT be rude to your customer. no matter how MAD you can be, your customer is your PAYCHECK. im not siding Nana because she is somebody known or whatever so called it is but the right for Nana to stand for herself is there. Nana nak sepahkan the whole floor of HnM pun you tak boleh nak sound customer mcm tu. in fact, Nana did apologise to him. What else does he needs more? Nana did wrong and she apologised, what about him? Did he? No? Wheres his manners and respect to customer has gone to? Indeed, Nana can filed a complaint and calls out their floor manager if she insist but she did not. Nana has put a lot of courtesy on him. If that incident happened to be me, I did not hesitate to throw my receipts on him and made him do all the refunds. CASHIER HAS ALWAYS NEED TO RETURN BALANCE ON CUSTOMERS HAND NO ON THE TABLE. THAT IS SIMPLY RUDE.

ive worked in so many stores and the hardest i could say was actually kerja kat kedai baju. its so fcking frustrating untuk kira stocks,gosok baju,susun, and then everytime cust nk cari saiz and then kita amik kat tempat dh lipat/dh susun,then tiba2 cust tak nak,fuhh stress weyh nk kena susun balik😭 in this case,they are wrong for doing that but they said sorry. but i think lelaki tu buat mcm tu maybe sbb dia tahu aisyah vlogger and MAYBE dia rasa aisyah mcm propa /rasa entitled sbb youtuber and sbb letak je baju mcm tu. sbb kalau aku ,aku still respect customer kalau diaorg dh ckp sorry😂so
