Mr computer man.... what you are saying is not entirely correct. If Ghana is abiding by british law, hajia needs to be arrested too. Something called Incitement. INCITEMENT is encouraging a person or a group of people to commit crimes...beating, robbery, rape etc..Hajia may not have hit but encouraging is the same. She admitted calling him thief. This woman called him a thief and called the local boys, who then beat him to death. Your analysis on hajia is not correct. She encouraged the beating. We dont need to be a lawyer to analyse a case. Did this hajia woman find anything on nana yaw? Did they find anything in his hands? Nana yaa is the real wicked woman very very wicked. She could have easily saved nana yaw, instead she slapped him. Where is his phone? Has the police gone to mtn? Ghana police and judges under nana addo are the most corrupted because by bribing them they can easily release her. There is no way anyone charged with murder should not be in jail. It is also very suspect why there are two courts and they kept postponing the dates. Why two courts? Police are not trusted because criminals have been released through bribing. If the police and lawyers know what is good for them. They better jail all the people who killed this young man. Why have they not arrested those we saw in the videos? Therefore the police are not doing their jobs because they only arrested two people. Whether nana yaw family has money or not, it should not stop justice!

Bail is not the end of a case.Sureties shall be made to meet the full bail conditions should in case the suspect absconds.
