A half teaspoon of baking soda per chicken breast in marinade or before adding marinade will help tenderize chicken like in the restaurant style. You are an amazing little girl keep up the exquisitely good work.

Stir Fry may be my favourite food. Beef, chicken and seafood with vegetables! YUM! Love the way you slice everything. I shake the meat in the cornstarch or flour and stir fry or just add it with the vegetables. With the sauce, so delicious!
