Thank you so much for the affirmation portion! I just started low dose ketamine treatments for anxiety/depression and have been searching everywhere for affirmations and meditations to listen to during my therapy. I haven’t found the right “fit” yet and what you said here was so comforting and reassuring. I was watching for the hair play but accidentally stumbled into exactly what I needed!
