I think that’s honestly one of the best designs in bleach. The seraphim /angel angle for the design was great. His ultimate move being a trumpet, like the trumpet that signals the rapture is also a very cool reference.

Her Zanpaktou is different in the sense that a Zanpaktou starts as an asauchi for every shinigami and this Zanpaktou has been passed down in the Ise family as opposed to Nanaochan getting an asauchi to imprint her spiritual pressure onto

Multiple of the Quincy are very biblically inspired, and Lille Barro is at the top of that list. Him being "God's Messenger" is very fitting. I think his design was top tier, and executed very well in the anime.
