Nice timing! I just did cold-showers twice this week along with some breathing exercises from Wim Hoff and I felt rejuvenated. Hey Will, I dunno if I'm absolutely right about this but we normally do it this way: On the underside of the crab (the abdomen), lift up the pointed/ rounded flap (the flap which we use to determine the sexting of the crab) and then drive a chopstick or even better, a knife into the abdomen of it, this part is usually soft and the heart of the crab is actually right under it. After you do that the crab usually dies within a matter of minutes. Cheers and take care!

BTW here in PH we only steam big crabs and put little salt, we dont boil because the taba "aligue" will dissolve.
