Watching videos and stuff about high school kids where they wear "the latest fashions" always seems weird to me because there was a mandatory public school uniform policy in effect where I lived starting around when I was in middle school. So we never wore "the latest fashions," we wore the same stuff every day. These kinds of things always just make me think the kids aren't actually in school. EDIT: One of the funny things about this game is that things can't really get BETTER after they've gotten worse, you know? Like, if you make some bad decisions and then make a ton of good ones, the aliens don't care. So it only punishes bad behavior, it doesn't reward good behavior. It's particularly depressing when you hear the news breaks, since if you did something minor to make the aliens mad early on, terrorists will have easy access to chemical weapons, stock markets will crash, and so forth. Even if Kevin's behavior saves the world, it's still in pretty bad shape.

I'm sure we'll play more Central High! The problem with playing a lot of that game at once is having to watch really long cutscenes over and over, it really wears me out. Not to mention how unclear it is if you're doing the right thing, it can just be a bit of a pain.

Okay I think I figured it out. I think the thing with quitting the soccer game is that Scott is gay or something and THAT'S why quitting the team is a good decision, it's sticking to your principles for fair treatment or something. Wait they didn't allow you to have facial hair? On what fucking grounds; were they afraid you might sprout a fucking personality or be attractive or something? There's something extremely warped about that which pisses me off. You can't go to someone and DEMAND they fucking not have facial hair. Then again I was raised to not follow a rule unless it had a good reason behind it; back in the 60's my mother went to catholic school and was told to sit with her legs crossed. Instead she crossed her legs at the ankles because the desks weren't build to set cross legged comfortably without sitting like sideways and her nun/teacher hit her on the legs with her ruler. My mother snatched the ruler, snapped it and told her if she hit her with the ruler again she'd shove it up her ass. My grandmother was called in for a meeting about the incident and apparently told the mother superior basically the same thing and told her never to waste her time with his bullshit again (after the mother superior fuffed about for god knows how long talking about what a good student my mother is. My grandmother who worked and had very little free time basically had the drag the "reason" for the meeting out her). There's also numerous stories regarding my grandfather bucking authority and standing up against institutionalized racism but I forget the details of those. So yeah...family has a history of not following arbitrary rules. My initial thought was to tell the teacher to take the razor and shove it up his ass.
