Hi Nancy, I’m having under foiling with the Glimmer, using Hammermill card stock, and 1 shim. Does the Empress has any suggestion. I suck at foiling, that’s why I don’t ever do it. Will miss Stamp Wars. T4s

What weight hammermill? I use 100lb. Try 2 shims? Or go 2 heat cycles. I will do hot foiling classes again after Xmas.

I hope you don't mind me putting this on here but I've watched your other videos showing Crafty Critta foils and Foil Art. I bought some of these, already had a small Minc but I just can't get good results. There's a lot of places where it hasn't foiled and the foil has creased in most of them which made it even worse as it didn't foil under the creases. I've tried the Minc carrier, parchment and heavy cardstock, also I tried different heat settings 2, 3 and 4. I'm loving the Pink & Main foils but can't buy anything more until I know what I'm doing wrong. Can you advise me?

Use heat setting 2. Anything else is too hot.
