Nandhini amma. He is also a seller like others his manufacturing is very less too. He is getting dolls from Pondicherry, mumbai cuddalore and panruti and selling it but lying to all that he is the manufacturer of all dolls. Moreover damn costly. I think its better to shop in our own chennai rather travelling there and wasting money and time....

Very true. We visited his place 15 days ago. He behaved as if he is giving the dolls free. Number of staff is very less; no one attending the customers properly. They are only attending foreign calls. Mr Baskaran cannot handle everything. He has to appoint more people to attend to online customers & as well as walk-in customers. But the dolls collections are unique & finishing is very good. They have to improve customer service.

@@lovelylife6 I would really request you kindly ignore Bhaskar store. You can find reviews on other KZbin channels too on Bhaskaran stores. And decide. I would always choose any shop who delight the customers and respect the customer. If you are really planning elderly people my humble request just move on to other stores they will end up wasting time and money. There are couple of other stores and houses near by who prepare golu at home and sell you can buy from them it's reasonable compared to this shop. I travelled from Bangalore had this experience and I'm sharing my honest feedback.
