Thanks for uploading the entire interview! Milton and Amy Greene were two of the very few most loyal and supportive friends Marilyn ever had. I only wish that she could have had more friends to care for her and help her through times of trouble in her life.

Marilyn hated how plump she looked in this, she said at the time she was overweight. Amy was the star, outshone Marilyn, many calls came for Amy after this, as she was so vibrant where Marilyn was super nervous. TV had millions of viewers and this coloured her ‘performance’ here. But how brave was Marilyn for flicking the studio system, such a strong mind. Director Otto Preminger drove her nuts, he was so bullying. I love Milton, he was so relaxed and recognised Marilyn as the ultimate Muse.

This is such a funny awkward situation. I assume its because they could not see mr Morrow. It's odd watching milton leave the room and go into the kitchen. I can only imagine how nervous it was for Marilyn to be interviewed live and have to come up with answers. It was especially awkward when he started questioning Amy about Marilyn in front of her?! like she's a child or spoiled lazy diva. I'm glad Marilyn had these friends despite their production company not lasting.

I would love to know what Ed would make of todays media. And todays concept of the press. Don't think it would be very charitable

She does something with her eyes at 11:50, a kind of twinkle, that melts my heart. I would have been putty in her hands.

only at 11.50? pretty much everything she does with her face and voice in this vid melt my heart. she comes across so sweet innocent and adorable. of course its all part of the Marilyn alter ego, not her true self. but who cares, its still a heart melting and wonderful persona. actually its also a testament to how good her acting was.

while allot of the mannerisms etc that make her so charming in this are part of the marilyn alter ego, there are other clips where she appears to be more natural and not doing the alter ego, and she is still so magnetic, charismatic and charming, just in different ways. so she even had all the qualities and seductive appeal she has in clips like this when she was being herself. example www.dailymotion.com/video/x3memng
