Stray Kids doesn't just rap-rap. They are really really good at rapping.Actually, The first one who appears is currently the fastest rapper in Kpop. He's name is Changbin, one of the producers. This song contains traditional Korean images. The background of this video is Korean cultural assets and old palaces. It's the same background as Netflix's Korean Kingdom drama. Their concept is a monster in Korean legends and they like singing and dancing. The flying blue flames from the video are the shapes of the monsters. The monsters are named [Dokkaebi] Their costumes were also based on Korean traditional costumes, and dance and musical instruments were also used with Korean traditional choreography and musical instruments. (The Korean title of this song is [SORIKKUN], which is an old name for people who are good at singing)

their mvs got better director after Gods Menu (Back Door and Thunderous are title tracks) while past mvs pretty simple and neat but songs popping as always their beats and drops are so satisfying. yeah these outfits kinda reminds me of tokyo revengers (bonten) too. you guys should watch Slump (Tower of Gods) and Scars on First Take (it a youtube japanese channel where they invite artists to perform/sing in one take) so if they make mistake it will be included too in the uploaded vid since it is one take only.

⚠ *(PLEASE READ, these are basics and SO IMPORTANT)* ⚠ Just some facts about Stray Kids: 1. They are a self-producing group. They really took **SELF-MADE** to an entire new level, because not only is everything in their discography produced, composed and arranged by them (they had help from others, but they always contributed the most), but even their group was actually formed by the leader BANGCHAN. This is the first time something like this has happened, because usually companies make the groups. However, for Stray Kids, the leader recruited each member carefully by himself, and in order to prove that they were capable enough to debut, they underwent a series of "missions" against their CEO JYP in a survival programme called "Stray Kids." Apart from these amazing songs, Stray Kids also always contribute to the choreography, resulting in their unique songs and dance performances. Even their logo was made by the leader, man!! 2. Stray Kids have NO OFFICIAL POSITIONS as of 2020. It is a given they are talented, but like DAMN, you really know they are just *THAT* talented, when the company actually removed their official positions, making everyone in Stray Kids a main vocalist, a main dancer, a main rapper, and a main visual. When I say they can do everything, I mean it. You'll realize just why the more you listen. 3. It is true that most of their songs are rap heavy. This is because Stray Kids actually has a pre-debut group called 3Racha. Their name was inspired by the famous hot sauce 'sriracha' to emphasize just how POWERFUL and SPICY their songs are. 3Racha is composed of Bangchan, Han, and Changbin, and they have made and released many songs before officially debuting as Stray Kids with the other members. They were hardly 16-19 years old when they made this. 3Racha has an official youtube channel as well, and they are the main producing unit of Stray Kids. 4. Just because they are rap heavy, and literally all their songs are BANGERs, doesn't mean they don't have soft songs. Stray Kids excel at experimentation - which was the theme of God's Menu if you noticed. The MV hinted at creating and experimenting (with their cooking metaphor) to show how Stray Kids always tries different things, but always EXCEL at them - as seen through the cars in the mv, and how they won the race because they were original. It's a powerful metaphor, which deeply resonates with Stray Kid's overall message: they want to have fun and influence people positively through their music, as it is their true passion. Some of their softer songs are "Levanter," "Never-ending Story", "Gone Away" and "Voices" - they have more, these are just my favs :) 5. The message "Stray Kids everywhere around the world. You make Stray Kids stay" can be found at the end of their every mv. This is a message that they coined for all their fans. The leader, Bang Chan, actually talked about this and clarified that the message doesn't mean themselves being everywhere around the world, but rather it is a call to everyone who is astray (who has lost their path, or is feeling lost) in the world. STRAY KIDS tell these people - these "stray kids everywhere around the world" - that they are the REASON for stray kids. This is why their fandom name is STAY. Here, they removed the R from "STRAY", and made it their official fandom name, because their fans are the REASON for them being here. It can also mean they always "stay" with them. It's a warm message, which every STAY really loves and appreciates because their songs really do help many people. So there you go, some facts about them. IDK if you'll see this, but I hope you do. yessss excellent information, important for all baby stays to know!! one small correction though...Stray Kids is not the first kpop group to choose their own members. there are a few 2nd gen groups that did it first (though idk if they ever got as big as Stray Kids.) gotta give credit where it's due! ;) HOWEVER, forming a group that way - letting the leader or other trainees choose the members, name, concept, logo, etc - is *extremely* rare in the industry (like unicorn-rare lol), and I don't think a "big 3" company has ever tried risking it before? so it's still objectively AMAZING that JYP let them do it, and that a self-made AND self-produced group has gotten *this big!* Stray Kids is blasting open some exciting doors for the kpop industry, and I'm so frickin' proud of them. ❤

Stray Kids is a group formed under JYP Entertainment in 2017 through the survival show of the same name and officially debuted in 2018. The Leader choose all the members himself (not the company as it is usually done). They are composed of eight members (formerly nine), namely Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Seungmin, Felix, Han, and I.N. (former member Woojin left the group due to ‘personal reasons). They composed & produced their music (& even helped with choreography) since the pre-debut days. As Bang Chan (their Leader) said in a recent interview: "The music has to be ours in order to feel genuine."

Love your reactions. The great thing about the fact they produce their music is when they do award shows or end of year shows, they remix their songs and it’s fire. They make it so you don’t get tired of it. I saw someone had a list of the awards show that they sang their songs and recommend viewing. They have the best live performances also. Check out the SBS performances, AAA or any award shows they did. Also.. my personal favorite is Double knot which they have in English also. They also have beautiful slower song and the lyrics hit in the heart.

gods menu came out before, almost a year ago i believe. and their song called "cheese" is a total clap back to all the haters of their music. this song, cheese and other new songs are part of an album called "NOEASY" which is wordplay for "NOISY" as haters said their music was "noisy" and "loud" so the album is like them saying "yeah we're noisy, what about it?"

You mentioned their dancing, they have phenomenal choreography and their dance unit (Danceracha) is amazing, they actually just did a promotion for Etro, a big clothing company. A couple suggestions for more SKZ dance would be 1) Domino and Double Knot dance practices 2) Hyunjin (the long haired rapper) Artist of the Month on Studio Choom 3) Thier MAMA 2020 and 2021 performances. They had battle choreography and fire swords.
