There's a Rivals of Aether custom character if you want it It's normal Spamton, and if you have the Final Smash mod, he transforms into NEO and does his Ultimate Attack (The one where he shoots giant blasts from his mouth) The only "downside" is that RoA isn't free, but it's 100% worth it and has a huge community with the Steam Workshop

In my opinion, Spamton Neo should've been like Mettaton Neo in a sense where you had to go through the cutscene, but it's too dark to see more than his eyes, and when the fight starts there's a siren like sound like how it went in the Omega Flowey fight, and then Spamton Neo is unveiled.
