Yeah I've been thinking that too. You could think of it, from a narrative metaphorical standpoint, as the show started out dark in color bc Lucifer still saw himself absolutely as the devil and a monster but as his redemption arc progressed more and more, he started seeing himself as a brighter person and was more sure of himself so the show's color changed along with him. But that's obviously the more "poetic" explanation from the darker color to the more vibrant

“You can’t understand detective”. Really hits home. In the earlier seasons, she couldn’t accept or realize that Lucifer was the actual Devil. That all the drama with his mom, brother, and other siblings was really because his dad, God, was a bad father, and that he’d been vilified by humanity, and his siblings.
