Any man who would treat the nanny like that does not love his own child. Part of loving your child is providing a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment for them and since the nanny is helping take care of the child abusing the nanny is jeopardizing that child's care and will even if indirectly cause harm to the child. What is more he does not love his WIFE to be doing such a thing, something even worse than regular cheating. He is really abusing his child, his wife AND the Nanny.

This applies EVEN IF YOU ARE PAYING THE PERSON (nanny or maybe school teacher). If he felt GRATITUDE towards the Nanny he would not treat her that way.
