Nano Wallet Setup

Hey Y'all!
I haven't setup all the pretty things inside my nano YET, but I had a bunch of folks that wanted to go ahead and see it, so here is the basics and guts of what I have done to set up my wallet in a nano.
Please forgive me for being so SPACEY in this video. I'm doing much better today and so I should be back to normal soon. Love you all and thanks so so much for watching!

Oh Ali...I am so glad you got to your doc and got the water started. Dehydration can be dangerous, not just a minor ailment. I drink all the time, 64-92 ounces of water EVERY day, and I still got dehydrated. I was fine on Wed., then that night I got severe leg cramps where I could not stand up and when I tried and the room swam like I was drunk. (Haven't had that since I was in college! Lol.) Anyway, in 12 hours I was a bit incoherent and BP was bouncing around, and heart rate was doing weird things. I ended up in Urgent care where they drew blood and gave me 2 units off fluids by IV. They sent me home!! The next day, 36 hours later, I was back at urgent care with creatinine out the roof with 279, and BUN at 67, which is very high. That afternoon My doc had received the blood work and notes from the urgent care, and I got a phone call from him, on his vacation, to go Straight to the ER, do not pass go, go straight to the ER. We did and my blood work was all screwed up and everything was high. I was almost totally incoherent due to the brain not getting enough fluid to work, unable to walk, and my kidneys had completely shut down!! They were talking dyalisis! I nearly died! I was admitted for 3 days IV fluid and total bed rest. And an bill over $36,000!! All from dehydration!! And it was fast! I went from fine to the hospital in less than 48 hours. That was Mothers Day weekend and I am still recovering from the weakness, neurological issues with , my brain talking to my mouth, getting words wrong and lots of the confusion you are having in the video. I was very lucky that we caught it real early, because there is no permanent damage to organs and in a couple more months I will be back to my state of normal. Take care of yourself, and Drink, Drink, Drink!! Be aware of the symptoms of dehydration and at least call your doctor if you have symptoms. Wow! What a scare! So happy you are feeling better! I haven't gone to a doctor yet, but will be going to a physical therapist to see if they can help the inner ear crystals get back where they're supposed to be.

Fellow Texan here, sweltering in our summer heat. Smartwater is really helpful for keeping you hydrated. It has electrolytes in it, and it's my go to when I start to have a headache. Hope you feel better soon!

I hope you feel better soon. I'm sure it will take some time to feel 100% again. My husband had a heat stroke a few years ago, and it took a while for him to fully recover. Keep up the water drinking. 😊

I hope you feel better soon! I totally get the visits to the loo because of drinking too much - while my boys are away and napping is more of an option I've been trying to give up Diet Fizzy - specifcially a very caffeinated one so I've been drinking more water to make up for the fluids I'm not drinking but then the lack of caffiene is stealing my energy haha! So going to the loo more is just too much effort! (ooh first comment!)

You sweet thing...I hate water too and my Dr. took me off ALL drinks for a while because I was so sick too...now I only have water to drink and I've learned to love it. I feel better and have lost some weight too haha. Praying for you...

That's what I came here to say too! Shipping is 40-90 USD to Finland. That is pretty much for a product that costs 1,90 USD. :/ I just ordered my nano and would have loved the dashboards. So I'm also ready to buy a couple if Ali you are selling them with reasonable shipping costs. :D

it really sounds like vertigo probably an inner ear thing. Believe it or not the dr can give you some exercised (a way you move your head and neck) that can instantly help. I wouldn't suffer with it if you don't have to. Let us know how you are doing!

If you have vertigo, check out the half-somersault exercise videos on youtube. How to solve the drink/pee issue comes from my nutritionist years ago. You can drink 4 oz every 20 minutes and your body will absorb it. I drink a tremendous amount and rarely have to pee.

Sounds rather like labyrinthitis (vertigo) I had it a few years ago and felt so wretched I've never forgotten how awful it was. Please take good care of yourself, you shouldn't be worrying about doing videos if you don't feel well 😚💐

You can make your own toploading one-pocket dashboards with a laminator. It's really simple. There's a vid here on YT that shows how.Feel better soon :o)

you may have benign vertigo. I get it occasionally. there are exercises on KZbin that will help sooooo much.

Praying for you! I know exactly how you feel, only I have that dizzy disoriented feeling every day for life. I have Ménière's Disease one of my symptoms is daily vertigo. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me🙌🏻 How much water did you drink today😉

I haven't gone to a doc yet. I am slowly getting better. Having some weird dizzy spells in the last hour though. Not sure what's up with that. I'm just ready to be over the spinning thing. :/

+Ali ... this same thing happened to me several yrs ago due to a flu vaccine. It was horrible, my doctor tried me on different meds which didnt help at all. This went on for probably four yrs before very slowly wearing off. It was so awful that i have refused to take any more flu shots since then. I feel for ya and hope you get better soon.

That's what we are speculating at this point. I am going to a PT soon to see if we can maneuver the crystals back where they are supposed to be. If it doesn't get better after a couple weeks, I'm going in to a ENT.
