To collect all of these you need all the upgrades for the jetpack. Do missions and side missions to be able to afford it. You should have enough when you finish all Bay City Missions and a few side missions there.

For those with no jet pack upgrades skip the one by first landing zone till have 18, buy upgrade and grab it and resume where left, there will be 2 still “unobtainable” with that upgrade... for 1st use tree on street level just across the street from y’all building, land in trees center and will be on invisible barrier, you easily juuust make it after like 2 attempts, second y’all build get on top of short one across street, then that buildings sign(shorter one) and keep attempting the tree trick with palm tree closest and you’ll get it, from there it’s an EZ jump!(:

7:29 - The tunnel has an entrance and an exit, the cell is on top of the entrance, the first time I followed the video I missed this one because I went to the exit and didn't see the cell, I thought I had it so I continued, in the end I was 39/40. I watched the video again and realized the error, now 40/40.

Well there is a furotech cell detector

While that is true that has you running all around the map as the detector from I can remember only works on your mini-map. So if you're missing one then you'll be going all over the map for a single cell. That is a waste of time I think. With these video guides you can get all on them in like 15 minutes.

Im on ps4. The last artifact either didnt spawn or i have already collected it. Either way im missing one artifact. EDIT i found it. At some plint while running up the mountain before you went to the rock you collected an artifact going up the mountain. I didnt. I found it by flying around with my saucer after i get the radar thing that tells me where they are.

As much as I'd like to say thank you...I can't. Why? Because I'd much rather have a map with their locations but apparently no one has thought to make one and it pisses me off to no end. I'm sick of having to pause a video every 5 fucking seconds when I could just have a map I can glance at and be done with it. And yes I realize I'm ranting to you but wouldn't you be pissed if something you've been looking for for the past 20 minutes doesn't fucking exist?

Its not hard just start the video on your phone and put it next to your tv then follow his movements i only had to pause the video when I messed up a jump I was looking for a map too but this is pretty much just as good
