@@andromedag7555 It's on version 9.1.1 But am using Android device. So I contacted the retailer a minute ago. They sent a screenshot to me from the iOS device. The big difference is on iOS it has a Firmware update topic for enter in. But on Android it does not have something like that. And I decided to call him to ask for more information. So he said on the Android device the app wasn't supported at all yet. Because the HQ is still developing the complete app for the Android device. And he said Android users must keep waiting until the new app version arrives. I mean WTF? I never knew IoT things in 2023 are still doing sh*t like this. Why did they never tell this serious problem about their products? I'm thinking about return it on tomorrow. I won't buy new any iPhone for using this sh*t product. And I won't wait untill the new app updates either. Even the retailer still not know how long is it. This is my first nanoleaf product... Best first impression

PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Beside looking good and shinning bright, their software is badly made. I wished I did research on actual users’ experiences before buying this product. You will find hundreds of issues people are facing with this brand. I spent so much time simply to pair the device which never could pair…(common issue) they can’t get such basic tech to work lmao. To think that you would get quality buying SUCH HYPED AND EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS. What a joke! Instead of buying bias reviews to promote sales PLEASE RESERVE YOUR FUNDINGS FOR SOME BETTER ENGINEERING.
