this is very lengthy process. you cn do watershed and measure all the particle size at once by imagej rather than marking manually

kindly tell me that after find the mean area and lenghth what we do next to find particle size what we do next? plz tell me
@nanotutes Жыл бұрын
Particle is the mean length of your material. If it is 2D or 3D material, then you can add both length and width of that material for defining its particle size.

is this necessary to measure all the nps we have in a image?or we can also take one NP and measure it with different angles?like horizently vertically and so on? waiting for your reply
@nanotutes3 жыл бұрын
You can choose a number of particles randomly and report them within a range.
@shanezahra85772 жыл бұрын
In the end you've written average area and length but didn't explained how to calculate exact area of Nps with high accuracy
@nanotutes2 жыл бұрын
The average values are reported that minimizes all errors or ambiguity.

Very useful video!!!!! Can u please post a video on how to interpret SEM image.....Please a humble request
@nanotutes3 жыл бұрын
Simply you have to just mention morphology of the material and then calculate estimated particle size by this video. And much more

You calculated mean length But please tell how to calculate size......... Like nanoparticles are of size of 1 nm to 100 nm
@nanotutes3 жыл бұрын
Size is based upon dimensions of the materials, proposing, length, width and hight of the material results the overall size of material.

I am not getting answer of my question exactly
@nanotutes3 жыл бұрын
Dear, we are unable to calculate exact size of a material by SEM. For this purpose, you must take TEM images and analyze it. Anyhow, we can estimate the size of a material by proposing any one dimension of that material through SEM. What, you want to calculate, gently speaking, you question is not too much clear for me.
