surgery is a broad term. atherectomies do remove plaque, stenting and angioplasty dont

What if these small little tiny boring machines get stuck or multiple robots piled up inside the veins? Will it cause more obstruction?

They're described as amazingly small, but other thing is maybe one or two doing helpful functions has such beneficial influence possibly other cells join in. It is in nature to mimic/ape. They probably put them in animals already and know.
