imagine if war thunder cared about its player base and not just focused on bringing in more new players. Like 7 days of premium for my 9 year old account would let me finish 1 10.3 vehicle in a week rather than the month it usually takes thank god for that recent update that made researching tanks slightly easier if you were a top fragger constantly but that only took 10 years and holy shit rather than spending 3 hours researching a 3.3 br tank you spend 90mins

12:30 Indeed, there's a timer on Arcade battles when you pick a plane, you get to fly around for about 30-60 seconds before you're put back in your tank (and yes your tank can die while you fly) the timer is down in he left corner for you to keep track, Hench why most people dive down in their plane, do a quick bombrun and then crash the plane. o/ keep up the awesome vids.

fun fact (probably): iirc they removed teamkill in realistic tanks because during the annexation of crimea, ukrainian and russian players were killing whoever spawned with flags of the other so much they had to remove it. Same reason why they limited the size of decals (before you coud cover the whole tank with decals).

Yeah the claimed issue with the decal size is that people were using them to make their tanks look burned out. But now every high tier Russian tank can get a camo that makes it look burned out anyways.

Just before anybody starts playing war, thunder in the trailers it looks really good but when you’re in battle, you basically have to keep yourself on very high guard. It took me two years to get me to top tier in USA, Germany and USSR it is a very hard grind. Just play if you’re up for the grind because once you hit Top-tier vehicles it becomes very hard to research
