I have to say that even though I want to possibly get a LS7 sometime in the future I feel the D6+ is a very good option too. I think this scooter will even go over 40mph in the right conditions. It's a very nice scooter.

100% agree! The 35ah Lg will definitely provide you with a bit more range, and 3200w power gives that extra 10 mph, however having both of them I tend to stick to the D6+ most of the time, love the suspension on that!

@BakedPineapple1

nice video as always👍 might be interesting to do a range test comparison with varying elevations. Ive had my D6 for a couple weeks now and love it, only ridden 3 full charge cycles so far. I live in very rural, rugged and hilly countryside - so far Im riding mostly on gravel and some rougher trails with a few ruts and rocks. overall much slower speeds(max 15kph) and mostly single drive but with several short, medium incline hill dual motor bursts - these conditions take a heavier toll on the battery so my average range looks quite different but impressive nonetheless. no doubt I would get the same results if I did some flat tarmac cruising. Keep up the vids, great content and editing work! p.s. have you installed the upgraded shocks they sent us? im still on the originals..
@igorlmonte
@igorlmonte 4 жыл бұрын
Hey! Thanks, much appreciated! The real-world range varies greatly. I did a minimum range test 2 weeks ago, got a bit over 20 miles, always 3rd gear, dual and turbo. kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4vNe5mJgLGWgMU I would assume in normal conditions and regular riding it would still be at least a 30 miles range scooter. Yes, I installed new shocks last month, I think they are as solid as the 1st generation ones. I beat the hell out of them when I got the scooter (probably 300 miles total), had 0 issues with them.

Hello Igor. This is a very informative video and I have already got my d6+ a couple of days ago. My question is what settings were you driving the whole time. I am only able to get 32 km in single charge ( any tips to increase the range ). Love From Canada 🇨🇦

Hi! Got a D6+ for about a year. Normally I ride on mode 3 Turbo all the time, with the exception when riding clise to slow traffic or on the get go (due to too much power). You can increase range by going wisely. If you know there's a long uphill you want to speed it aa much as possible before. Vice versa, if you go on a down hill you can just cruise it. I did 60 km and would still go for maybe 20 more. (This was done mostly on mode 3 and changing between mode 2 and 3 with turbo or not. Scooter still goes brilliantly with around 2K Km on odometer.

Hey! Thanks man! I think overall the D6+ is a better scooter, love the suspension, size and specs. 26ah version has a better range than 25ah ls7. The only clear advantage of the ls7 is its speed.

Hi Igor! Thanks for the videos they're super helpful! I just got a d6+ last week and it is awesome. I have a question. At what voltage does your scooter shut down at? In this video you mentioned that the battery is completely dead. Do you remember what voltage that was at when it died? My scooter completely shuts off when my voltage is at 50.1 volts. I thought it was supposed to go down to 43 volts before low voltage protection cut in?
@igorlmonte
@igorlmonte 3 жыл бұрын
Hey! Shuts off at ~43.0. 50v sounds pretty high. Do you have 43v cut off in the scooter settings? Also, can you reach a full charge (58.8v)?
@dhandmg
@dhandmg 3 жыл бұрын
@@igorlmonte Yes I can reach a full charge. Yes the P01 setting on the controller is set at 43 volts. But ya.....I'm thinking I have a defective battery because it has shut down 2 separate times at 50.1 volts, and again at 49.5volts. Both times leaving me to walk my scooter home for miles. Nanrobot has told me that 50 volts is when I need to charge the battery again...I didn't think so.... My scooter is 2 days old, and I'm thinking I need a new battery already😤
