Girma is already recognized and considered the best female soccer defender on the planet.....she is absolutely more valuable than anyone on the American team with the exception of Naeher & Dunn - those three anchor the teams defense and the team's identity is built around that 3 defensive wall and not the other 3 offensive players which are good solid strikers. There are other foreign strikers who are just as good but there is only one Girma who does what she does on defense period.
