Thanks to you and your videos I have gained so much confidence in the gym!! When I first started I had no idea how to use gym equipment or what exercises to do. Week by week I tried more equipment and tried different exercise routines. Now I go to the gym 3-4x a week and I feel so confident. Thank you Naomi :-)

Just wanted to thank you for your videos on how to use gym machines. I've never been to a gym and I'm the type that would rather take a guess at how something works than ask. This naturally made me anxious and afraid of my first day, but your videos made it SO much easier. The details you went into with every machine is something I can't thank you enough for.

You can take as long/short of rest times as you’d wish! When it’s on the pink screen with the timer on the right side, it is supposed to be rest time. ✨
