The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Omg. I just finished this workout and I'm crying 😭 THIS IS NOT AS EASY AS YOU THINK😭 My knees are shaking like hell! Btw, tomorrow if I feel the soreness in my booty, definitely gonna continue this booty workout.

I only feel the single leg hip thrust in my quads- what can I do to make me feel the burn in my glutes?

Shift your foot on the floor so it’s farther away from your booty. Your knee should come about right on top of your ankle when you go up into the hip thrust. If you’re feeling it in your quads, your feet are prob too close to your booty & if you’re feeling it more in your hamstrings, your feet are prob too far away from your booty. ✨

I've been using 8lbs weights (so I cross them together during hip thrusts to make it 16 there, but be careful doing that).

Always customize your workout split to fit your needs and personal preference! There’s no right/wrong workout split. ☺️
