What You Need to Know About HYDROGEN with Dr. Shigeo Ohta

The Amazing Effects of Hydrogen on the Human Body.

This was certainly the case when I interviewed the Nobel Prize-winning, Dr. Yoshinori Ohsumi, with whom I had the pleasure of meeting in Tokyo and learning all about his studies on autophagy, for which he was awarded the coveted prize in 2016. In this video, filmed during the same trip, I had the pleasure of sitting down with world famous, Shigeo Ohta, PhD, from the Molecular Hydrogen Institute in Tokyo. Dr. Ohta and I had a fascinating conversation over - not a coffee or green tea this time - a glass of hydrogen water. Dr. Ohta is very well known in his field of study around the effects of hydrogen on the human body and his findings are absolutely mind-blowing. From preventative and therapeutic applications to skincare, hydrogen is an element that Dr. Ohta has devoted his life to studying and his insight in this video really is only the tip of the iceberg. People all over Japan are already incorporating hydrogen into their diet and lifestyles in many ways, from hydrogen water to hydrogen baths, and even hydrogen spas and facials! Good for you sir. Sure wish my father would of listened to me about it. They even had a Enagic 501 but they thought it was snake oil. Little does he understand how great Hydrogen rich water is. I'm sure glad you do. My Machine also makes 2.5pH and it kills all germs in 30 seconds. I use it to fix my Ears, Eye, Nose and Throat as well every day by spraying it all. I've not suffered a sinus infection that I couldn't fix in 8 hours since November of 2015 and that only happened twice when I was still learning. An exception may be the alkaline water machine, $4000 without purifying the water, only ionizing it into alkaline (and acidic) components. I produce reversed-osmosis clean water first, then pass it through metallic magnesium-powder resulting in alkaline water and gaseous hydrogen, similar to adding hydrogen pills to clean r.o.-filtered water.

I knew I had listened to you before, Naomi...When I first started Keto. You were an inspiration, and my doctor was so impressed with my physical exam results, of the bloodwork. I stopped keto, because I was stressed about the large amounts of salt...high blood pressure, but I am still eliminating sugars, and carbs though, and doing intermittent fasting. Now to get my hands on hydrogen tablets!

I too Ammon KETO & others have mentioned the high sodium content in the KETO diet. I simply do not use salt in ANYTHING. The only time I use salt is if it’s in like a bread recipe & required to help with the rise. Otherwise I leave out salt. I don’t purchase prepackaged KETO so that helps as well. I think you can be on KETO & not have a high sodium intake you just have to watch your food choices. Like I don’t eat bacon, for example. That’s full of salt. I have many health issues I’m looking forward to trying this information.

Thank you for sharing. It'd be wonderful if you have hs-crP analysis on the blood, as indicator of low-level inflammation in the body. I myself have been taking a lot of folate, from veggies and supplements, as a source of methylation to quench inflammation from Homocysteine, inflammatory by-product of digesting meat (methionine). My hs-crP came out 0.75 (0-5), considered safe for heart-disease...

I LOVE my KANGEN hydrogen water machine so much I became a distributor. Only after my parents decreased all their meds and I began to share the water with everyone. Its pretty incredible to be able to help people with their health through just helping them get hydrogen water at their tap. I've never tried the tablets though like in this video. When drawing my bathe, I usually put in a gallon of 11.0ph from the kangen machine and use my ANESPA shower ionizer for the rest. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask!
