Inoue won this fight at the weigh in. The body language from both fighters was telling. The accusations about the gloves really made Inoue motivated and his expressions at that weigh in was genuine. Fulton in spite of his posture had the look of an uncertain fighter. And when it came to fight night it was obvious. No excuses. Inoue showed that there is a definitive gap between being a VERY GOOD fighter and a SPECIAL fighter. And Inoue is jumping weight classes making it look easy. This is why I have him at the top of the P4P Conversation. It's HOW he's getting it done. These outside narratives involving r@ce, nationality etc....does the SPORT no favors. A fighter should be appreciated soley for their skillset and nothing more.
