NOTE!!! Forgot to mention in the video that I highly suggest to remove the "byssus" or the "beard like" part of the mussels.. coz sand tends to get trapped in there and you don't really want to bite into crunchy sand.. you could pull it out after boiling the mussels before sauteeing.. or pull it out just before you eat it.. sorry I forgot to mention it.. thanks a lot for understanding.. 😉😊
INGREDIENTS
-2Kilos mussels (about 400g mussels meat)
-2Cups sprite
-crushed ginger
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2pcs chopped onions
-6cloves chopped garlic
-400g mussels meat I got from the 2Kilos mussels including the shells
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-3Tbsp vinegar
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-chopped red and green chili peppers
-3/4Cup mussels broth
