INGREDIENTS :
500 grams mullet fish or tilapia, sliced washed and pat dry
salt and flour, for coating
3-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb-size ginger, sliced thinly
1 red bell pepper
2 stalk spring onion, sliced
3-5 stalk celery, roughly chopped
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 knorr fish cube, crumble
black pepper
cooking oil.
