Love this style of music. Heavy and yet melodic. As to the matter of death and what happens after we die I believe the teachings of Jesus. He offers resurrection life beyond death to all who trust in Him. He says we can find rest for our souls in Him. He said He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. I know this is a deeply personal matter though and just say this as something important to consider. Keep up the amazing talent!

@@Shylmagoghnar Thanks! This is the way to go. My brother and I stayed with her to the end at our home. She didn't want to die in the hospital. We dressed her in her favourite dress, put her into the casket ourselves, we even bribed the funeral representative to let us dig the hole in our family plot for the urn ourselves, just to have the feeling of being there and doing all until the end. It was a charring experience, but also a kind of salvation for me. My brother lost it afterwards, turning into an alcoholic, but he managed to come around, I suffered from depression afterwards for 2 years. I'm not a poet and talented musician like you, but being a metalhead since the 80ies, I found solace, friendship and joy again in the community of my fellow metalbuddies and going to concerts helped me to stay sane. When I first heard Emergence, I just came out of a real dark episode of my life and it is, up to this day, one of the most heard albums in my vast collection. You're creating true art and be assured, this helps a lot of people like me to find a glimmer of light in dark times! I hope you can deal with this hard time of mourning, it will never go away, but it will get better!

Like a state of peace and acceptation of what life brings to us. Love it

You nailed it, that's exactly how I felt about it. I didn't want the entire album to become too symphonic, but here the violin was just absolutely essential for the message. It adds a contrast which another layer of guitar wouldn't have achieved. I'm truly happy to see that people are picking up on its meaning, thank you!
