The lyrics are great. It's very rare to hear such wise and inspiring words, which are harmonic with the music. Just the thing you need when you become too lazy/fearful/hopeless.

This is back-to-the-roots Power Metal and it's done outstandingly well - helped considerably by a truly excellent production job - big thumbs up to whoever mixed it! It rattles along gloriously at the PM standard 136 BPM with a great melody and vocals riding over the top. If you love Power Metal you MUST download this! I listen to this band for a while and all I can say is that is very sad they don't get the same reputation as Sabaton. I guess is because of poor promotion . Once you discover song after song from these guys you will be blown up by how much work in melodies they put in every song and how much potential do they have. Power Metal as it's best quality .

More depht than Sabaton and less pop. Although Sabaton covers more history. Civil War pretty much is dedicated to the american civil war of 1861.

Part of the reason a lot of their members initially left sabaton is because they couldn’t keep up with all the tours they were doing, seems like Civil War is more of a side gig than anything, though I could easily be wrong
