Great to see another perspective on board studying Mehr! I highly recommend taking the exams as soon as possible after graduation (30-90 days or before residency starts) and going into each exam with a positive mindset.

Just to clear a point up, Naplex is offered every day - some regions offer it monday-saturday while other regions offer it monday-sunday, not multiple times a month

Thank you for sharing this! I know its probably too late and you won’t see this, but I wonder if you only used rxprep for the clinical portion of Cpje. Many people says it’s not good enough and we should also use pnn. I just took Naplex so my note from studying rxprep is very condensed and if I can solely depend on it that’ll be wonderful news for me. (Ofc plus the B&G, drug infos, law)

I goggled my condition and added my city and state popped up and here you are. Im tossing it out there seeing , well heck just tossing it out there because I have nothing to loose. Floraquinones toxicity, your thoughts if possible? I'm one of the millions suffering and it's impossible to locate someone familiar with it. Are you familiar (Google thinks you are lol) or know anyone in the medical field that is? Sorry for popping in like this, desperate times and I appreciate you.

Naplex is not about studying .. it’s all about your viewpoint as a healthcare provider.. you just need to focus on case study as much as possible .. no study materials will give you those tips .. you just need to be in love with pharmacy and learn from your experiences..simply being a prescription dispenser and referring patients to their physicians will lead to failing in naplex.. by the way true advisors usually speak straightforward so don’t be upset with my words and good luck

You are right. The exams are getting harder. My approach is focusing on recall not recognition. And seeing all the diseases state as a whole not just a topic

Hello! I have a question. I am a PY3 student from MA and planning to get CA license. I now only have MA pharmacy intern license. Do I need CA pharmacy intern license in order to apply for CA NAPLEX and CPJE? Or does it not matter? Also the vd was so helpful! Thank you so much!

Hi! I recently took the NAPLEX in CA and yes, you do need a CA intern license to take the CPJE and the NAPLEX in CA.

Repetition! I would break it up into tiny sections of its own and review them each day! For the drugs specifically, I would recommend learning class specific side effects first then the drug specific caveats. For the disease states, think of what bugs are most common and use spectrum of activity to determine therapy!
