Arrogance in Ghana is defined by two categories of people. One who feel threatened by resourcefulness, self made, can do spirit and self confidence. The other is those who feels that the arrogant is fearless, truthful and say it as it is. Which ever way you see it, Napo is well vexed in politics to to see himself as well groomed for the VP position.

They don't hide behind others. They are objective and hate injustice. If the opponents of NAPO have no other words to describe his abilities they can call him arrogant.
