For anyone having issues with Lodi & Arcole crashing. Try launching through "Main 1805 Campaign" rather than "Classic Battles". Works for me 👍

So idk if anyone can help with this but worth an ask. When I try to install the mod it just says Napoleon.exe isn't located in the Napoleon total war steam folder. Tried installing the game 3 time's, verified file's, tried lookin for that specific file and can't find it,and tbh a have no idea what to actually try next 😅 Did have the mod workin month's back,but uninstalled the game and mod a while ago.

uninstall and give the registry a good cleaning , either manually or use something like bcuninstaller . you might wanna try installing on another drive /partition ..that's worked for me in the past with other games.

The NTW steam files for the mod aren't .exe, all of them are titled "unins001.dat", does anyone else have this problem?

Sounds broken ,uninstall the mod , verify the steam files do a fresh install and launch the mod from the shortcut.
